Tiny Tots
Your child's home away from home
Tiny Tots is a family daycare where children feel loved and safe in a beautiful and comfortable environment. Our goal at Tiny Tots is to ensure each child's first school experience is positive and enjoyable and to prepare them for the next stage of their lives through the development of motor abilities, thinking skills and healthy interactions with their peers.
Tiny Tots Story
I started Tiny Tots over twelve years ago, I had a toddler, a baby and a degree in psychology with a focus in child development. Creating a family daycare seemed like the obvious next step for me. Ever since, my team and I have been dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable program where every child can grow in their own unique way. We are a family home daycare, so creating a clean, comfortable, inviting atmosphere was our ultimate goal. We accept a maximum of 14 children which allows for an intimate environment and focus on each child as an individual. During these early formative years, our ages range from 12 months to three years, a small group in a home environment is a great way for a child to transition from being at their own home to eventually attending a larger school facility.
Programs and Enrichment
Learning Through Play
Summer Program
Fun in the Sun
Our Summer Program is a ton of fun! With swimming, painting, cooking, and much more your little ones first 'camp' experience will be a blast! If you have specific questions about day-to-day activities or the program timeline, simply get in touch - we will be happy to help.
Full-Time Program
A Perfect Fit
Depending on your family’s schedule, our Full-Time Program might be the right fit for you. No matter what your child needs, each of our programs will provide the support and tools necessary for optimal growth.
Half-Time Program
Here For You
Half day programs are a perfect balance for little ones to learn and socialize for a portion of their day and then head home for some R&R. As our most popular option - the half day program tends to fill up fast- so if you're interested, get in touch today to reserve a spot for your child.
Shabbos & Holidays
Culture
We integrate Jewish values and traditions throughout the day in our circle time davening, musical guests, projects, challah baking, and Shabbos party.
Science
Observe
Whether we are discussing the weather, seasons, or an upcoming holiday we love to tie in science to our activities. Being free to create and explore brings endless opportunites for learning.
Provocations will be offered which stimulate sensory motor development, language development, and social interaction.
Arts & Crafts
Create
Many of our projects are process based - we give the children material and they are free to create with what is given – there is no wrong outcome. We find this encourages creativity and enhances self-esteem. The focus is able to be about the experience rather than the final product.
Yoga
Grow
Yoga has a variety of benefits for
children including helping them
develop body awareness and
learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way.
Yoga teaches children how to manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation, and healthy movement. It strengthens and builds concentration and increases their confidence and positive self-image
Music & Movement
Dance
Much research has been carried out over the years on the importance of exposing young children to music.
At an early age, music can enrich their language, literacy, social development, cognition, attention span, mathematical, motor and self-regulation skills.
Animoly
Explore
Animoly is a phenomenal program that gives children the experience of learning about different animals- from the habitat they live in to the food they eat.
The children develop a love of animals and become more comfortable with animals with each visit.
Tiny Tots Team & Mission
From language development to social skills, the children at Tiny Tots are constantly being exposed to new activities and environments in which to thrive. My staff and I are trained in CPR and First Aid and regularly take training courses to update our skills and knowledge in early education. We are there to nurture and build on the strengths and interests of each child to help create a solid foundation.
